Disciple NOW is an amazing weekend conference for 7th-12th grade students held on campus at FBCLA. Students will be challenged to deepen their relationship with Christ through challenging and inspiring messages by guest speakers, praise and worship through music, connecting with others through small groups. Disciple NOW is fast paced, intense, and a filled of FUN!
REGISTRATION:
Registration is now OPEN. Download the forms below and turn them into Pastor Mike Brake or to the church office. Cost is $30 per student.
- Disciple NOW 2012 Registration Form (Required): DOWNLOAD
- FBCLA Overnight Permission Form (Optional*): DOWNLOAD
* This form is required to be filled out only once per student during their entire time in youth group. You are required to fill out this form if you have 1) never filled it out for the student before. 2) Your insurance has changed since you filled it out. 3) significant changes have occurred for the student since you have filled it out.
