May 20-30, 2010
Things are really coming together for the May mission trip. We have five people going on this trip. Pastor Paul will be joined by:
- Shannon Gauss; (Evangelism Outreach Team Leader / FBC-LA), Shannon is a nurse at the Los Alamos Women's Clinic. She will be helping the team do medical missions
- Andi Anderson; former FBC-LA member, now living in Reno, NV, retired nurse, will be helping the team with medical missions
- Mike Smith; member of The Church in Peaster (Texas). Mike is an administrator at Temple Christian School in Fort Worth, TX. Mike will be preaching and training in evangelism with Pastor Paul in and around Gombe.
- Carla Smith (aka: Lardzilla) married to Mike, member of the Church in Peaster, works in textbook sales for TCM (Teachers Created Materials). She will be helping teach hygiene, evangelism in the village of Lawanti.
We will be joining Frank and Carole Hardan (IMB missionaries in Gombe / Jos)
Please be in prayer for us as we seek to build up the local churches and reach out into the communities in northeast Nigeria.
